Policies:

  • Each apartment requires a deposit and $200 non-refundable fee for administrative costs and carpet cleaning.
  • Water, Sewer, Garbage included with Rent. Tenant is only responsible for Electricity
  • No Pets. No Exceptions, unless verified service animal for Tenant
  • Two valid Police disturbance calls to Tenant dwelling will result in Eviction. Continual Disturbance of the community will NOT be tolerated
  • One assigned parking Spot comes with each unit. Open parking for all other vehicles. We ask each Tenant to limit themselves to 2-vehicles per unit
