  • Deposit Equal to first month’s rent, due for Firm reservation

  • Two valid Police disturbance calls to Tenant dwelling will result in Eviction. Continual Disturbance of the community will NOT be tolerated
  • One assigned parking Spot comes with each unit. Open parking for all other vehicles. We ask each Tenant to limit themselves to 2-vehicles per unit
